What if I have a question about a product?

How do I order?
There are a number of ways you can place an order.

If I’m not satisfied with the product I purchased, can I return it?
Patio Star guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we offer all customers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Please be aware that we can only accept returns of orders placed directly through and fulfilled by Patio Star. If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information.

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you don't receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours please e-mail us at sales@patiostar.com and one of our agents will check our system for your order. Please provide us with your last name, your billing zip code, and the date the order was placed.

In case there's a change in my personal data (i.e. change of address, etc.), how do i change my account information?
We have a “My Account” feature on our website. This feature allows you to manage and edit your information to facilitate transaction, shipping, and billing.
